14 blades

I love this movie! it was totally not what i expected!

I love the random comedic scenes with Donnie Yen and Vicki Zhao. :) they look compatible too. I guess we haven seen enough of them in painted skin. Both of them were amazing in their characters. After seeing Both Painted skin and Hua Mulan, it is a relieve and a joy to see vicki back to her bubbly and optimistic self- with a character and a back bone of course. Not that i do not love the other two movies, but i feel that i NEED to watch her again in something less stressful and painful.
Donnie portrayed a wonderful Qing Long. Ah it makes me wish that there is such person alive in reality. The scene where Qiao Hua imitated Qing Long was hilarious, everyone was laughing their heads off. LOL

Erm when Wu zun and kate tsui came out, i cant help but laugh. hahaha tuo tuo?!! Don't make me laugh please.

overall, good movie, guys who love action should consider this. Of course girls, there is a wonderful romance plot and scenes that we should not miss out!

Accepting death

Funny how every thing seems so small and redundant in the face of death.
How rushing for lessons, being in a temper seem so ridiculously small after a few seconds on the phone. Receiving news was a pain, passing the news to others was anguish. Accepting the news? Pure torture.

I regret the fact that i have never sincerely called you every time i see you during family gatherings or functions. How precious time seems to be for you as your son's wedding approaches.

The times you carried me when i was a baby and the times you carried your grand daughters or your sisters when they were still babies has been engraved in our hearts.

You will always be dearly missed.
